New Website for West Coast Window Centre

Alacrify is pleased to announce the relaunch of the West Coast Window Centre website.
We have just relaunched a new website for West Coast Window Centre, a long-standing client of Alacrify’s, but this is the first time we’ve had the opportunity to build their website. The old website had became dated and needed a fresh approach along with ensuring the site was secure with an SSL Certificate.
The website is now a completely ‘responsive’ design, which means it ‘collapses’ down for all screen sizes including tablets and mobiles. It passes all of Google’s ‘mobile-friendliness’ tests, so it is listed on Google searches as an ‘awesome’ responsive website.
The new website is now a full screen website that works very well on all devices. West Coast Window Centre as you can probably guess from their name are window installers who also provide many other services and products. They are well known for covering the South West with the installation of windows, door, conservatories and many other services. The new website needed to reflect the quality of the work they carry out as well as the quality products they install. From our point of view it was a great project to work on, the site is very image based and with access to some great photos from West Coast Window Centre and their suppliers it was a real joy to create something beautiful.
The new website is also now on an SSL Certificate making the site secure and encrypted. The problem the old site had with it not being secure is that Google was warning visitors that it’s not secure and to essentially not to go on the site or send enquiries using their contact forms. This has now all been resolved. Not only was the site not secure but it also wasn’t responsive, meaning the site was now being affected in the search engines, especially with Google recently rolling out mobile-first indexing. Hopefully now visitors will find it even easier to navigate the new website and West Coast Window Centre will get plenty more enquiries.
