Pricing

Alacrify offers a wide variety of services. All our websites start at a basic price and all include our custom built Content Management System (CMS), which allows you (after we've talked you through it, of course) to simply maintain your own website's content. Once your website has gone live we give you a FREE MONTH's post-launch support, so that you have a little breathing space to pick up any niggles or request any changes you may wish to make on the website.

Basic Package

Our Basic Package comprises the design and delivery of a simple website of about 8-10 pages plus a news/blog, and including our Content Management System (CMS). Our CMS enables clients to maintain their own sites once they are launched; training is offered as part of this service. The Package also includes our built-in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) features to ensure that the website is listed effectively on the major search engines. Content and images need to be provided in the first week of build. (If we are using content from an existing website, any updates to the text can be made when the site is live.) All websites are built to be “responsive”, meaning that the site will work on all device types and screen sizes, including mobile phones.

This package has a three-point invoicing schedule (usually payable by BACS or debit/credit card). The first invoice is raised before the start of the project. The second invoice is raised upon the site going live. The third invoice is raised four weeks after the site has been launched, to allow for any tweaks that may be needed once the site is live.

Invoicing schedule:

  • 1st Invoice total £500 +VAT
  • 2nd Invoice total £500 +VAT
  • 3rd Invoice total £500 +VAT

Price: £1,500 +VAT

Intermediate Package

The Intermediate Package includes a detailed consultation at the start of the project to understand the business goals more broadly, and to maximise the relevance and impact of the project. It includes identifying the best solution to meet the business need, and we will contribute ideas and insights to this process to ensure that the best possible options are chosen. As a result of this consultation we develop a clear plan for the project, including considering any customised aspects of the website, any third party integration, and the operational or training needs of the business. The Intermediate Package can encompass a wide variety of functionality, from e-commerce, membership administration, event management, training services, and more. The pricing for this service varies depending upon the complexity and scale of the systems needed.

The second invoice is raised when the website design is signed off by the client. The third invoice is raised when the site goes live. The final invoice is raised four weeks after the site has been launched to allow for any adjustments that may be needed once the site is live.

Advanced Package

The Advanced Package is built on the Intermediate Package - developing a highly targeted website solution, customised to meet the client’s business needs - but additionally includes our active engagement with the running of the website. This will typically include developing the post-launch digital marketing strategy and delivering some or all of the marketing activities contained within the plan. We are also able to offer ongoing mentoring and training to clients who wish to implement the strategy internally, under our guidance. The Advanced Package includes full reporting on agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to show the efficacy of the work done.

Along with a fully customisable website the client will also benefit from three months’ marketing and SEO work starting from the website’s launch. This may include writing regular, targeted news stories to promote the business online, and effective social media engagement. We will compile regular reports on what is achieved, and a forecast of the likely future marketing impact. We will use all our expertise gathered through nearly 20 years in the digital field to support our clients’ businesses, and enable the sites to drive those businesses forward.

  • 2nd Invoice total (starting from) £500 +VAT
  • 3rd Invoice total (starting from) £500 +VAT

5th, 6th & 7th Invoice totals (monthly marketing & SEO work) £1000 +VAT / month

No Hidden Charges

At Alacrify there are no hidden charges other than hosting (which would have been discussed at the start of a project) so you will not find any surprise bills at the end of the month. We offer support work and advice should you need it following the free month's support after your website goes live. Sometimes customers come back after a while and ask us to make tweaks to the site. Our flat rate charge for work of this nature is £80 +VAT per hour. (Obviously if something only takes us 15 or 30 minutes we will charge accordingly, so for 15 minutes' work we would only charge £20 +VAT and so on.)

SEO and Copywriting

Alongside the support work we also offer copywriting and targeted SEO work. These may include content updates to your site, news story writing and social media management. With nearly all our websites we include a news section which allows you to keep a blog about your business; this is a very efficient way of providing Google with new content to improve your site's ranking within search engine pages. For a month's worth of highly targeted SEO copywriting we charge £800 +VAT per month. 

Social Media Startup

Here at Alacrify we also offer Social Media setup for our clients. Social Media is a very powerful tool for all types of businesses to help reach new customers and keep in touch with existing clients. Getting a good start is vital to making your presence known on the internet. We have rich experience in all platforms on Social Media including; Facebook, Twitter, Google +, LinkedIn, Pinterest & Instagram. Our package includes complete set up of your account on whichever platform chosen to be most appropriate for your business. This includes graphic work for display pictures and headers. We also (where applicable) target particular locations, sectors, hashtags and accounts, to have maximum impact on startup.
