We have been working for the Southampton Ice Rink to publish a series of news stories for them almost every day that they are open.
With a new site like www.southamptonskating.co.uk which was only launched about 8 weeks ago, it's often difficult to achieve quick results for search engine listing. Many sites are barely listed in Google at all within this timeframe.
To help them get their message out there more quickly we have been running daily stories on the site to build content and awareness and attract Google and the other search engines back to the site regularly to read the updates.
This has led to PAGE ONE listing on Google in under 2 weeks for many key words and phrases and PAGE ONE listing on Google for "southampton ice skating" within 3 weeks of launch!
The site is also referenced on Facebook and the news is fed to Twitter.
