This past 10 days has simply flown by. We're now fully up to speed and seem to have been contacted by almost all our clients within the past month. It seems that everyone is wanting to change and improve their websites as we head into 2009. Some of the changes involve updates to event listings, others are re-writes to website copy to better reflect changes to the business as the credit crunch bites, and some are a bit of an early spring clean to help with search engine rankings.
We're also stuck into some more significant financial reporting for another of our clients and are well underway with our new major projects for the early part of this year.
Managing a wide portfolio of clients with a mixture of HTML and PHP websites in widely differing markets makes for an interesting working week! It also requires a certain amount of creativity in the management of the projects to ensure that everyone is given the best possible service when they need our help. At our weekly business review and planning meetings it can get a bit "interesting" sometimes working out how to fit it all in, but working on interesting projects for such interesting people almost always gives us the incentive to push that bit harder and make sure we get things done.
