Important Update: Changes to Our Hourly Support & Development Rate

At Alacrify, we've always been committed to providing honest pricing, reliable support, and high-quality website design and digital services to businesses across Dorset and beyond.

After careful consideration, we have reluctantly made the decision to increase our hourly rate for support, maintenance and development work.

Our New Hourly Rate

With immediate effect, our hourly rate will increase from £80 +VAT to £100 +VAT.

This isn't a decision we've taken lightly. Like many businesses, we've seen increases in the cost of running our business, from software and infrastructure to the everyday costs of delivering the level of service our clients expect.

Fair & Transparent Billing

Although our hourly rate has changed, our approach to billing remains exactly the same.

We only charge for the time spent on your work. For example, if a task takes 30 minutes, you'll only be charged £50 +VAT rather than the full hourly rate.

Whether it's making small content updates, fixing an issue, adding new functionality, or providing technical support, we'll continue to bill fairly based on the time required.

No Changes to Website, Hosting or Domain Pricing

At this time, our website packages, website hosting and domain renewal prices remain unchanged.

We know how important predictable costs are for our clients, so we've worked hard to keep these services at their current prices. While we may need to review these towards the end of the year, there are no changes to these services at present.

Should any future adjustments become necessary, we'll always give you as much notice as possible.
