Are you a customer of Alacrify and have a problem with your service, whether it’s email, website or something else? Then let us know via our support page. Fill the form out with as much detail as possible and we will be in touch with you and look to get you back online as soon as possible. If it’s an emergency then you can use the contact methods on that page too.
To be as transparent as possible and to give you information as quick as possible, we also have a status bar so you know by checking our support page if there are any problems. In the rare case there are issues with any of providers then the support page will be first to know.
