Alacrify is pleased to announce the launch of the new website for the Friends of Dorset County Hospital.

The Friends of Dorset County Hospital came to us needing a website, something they previously didn’t have. The new website was built to allow the Friends to advertise their events, show the amazing work that they do and allows them to collect donations through the website.

The new website is set up so the Friends can take donations, whether it be for specific events or just a general donation. With this system the Friends can set up a new donation page and essentially create ‘pots’ for any fundraising event. Not only can the Friends do this but so can the public, by heading to the website a donation can be made to just about anything. We hope with this new system that the Friends of Dorset County Hospital can now raise even more money towards the amazing work that they do.

Aswell as being able to take donations, the website is a great place to showcase their upcoming events and also a place for people to see where the money goes.

The website is completely ‘responsive’ design which means it ‘collapses’ down for all screen sizes including tablets and mobiles. It passes all of Google’s ‘mobile-friendliness’ tests, so it is listed on Google searches as an ‘awesome’ responsive website.

We are looking forward to support the Friends of Dorset County Hospital in the years to come and hope we have made a real difference in their fundraising efforts. If you love to help with fundraising or have an interest in Dorset County Hospital then we strongly recommend checking out the Friends of Dorset County Hospital and the amazing work they do.

New Website For R-em Therapies

We have just launched a new website for Emma at R-EM Therapies. R-EM Therapies is a new client of Alacrify’s that we’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with. R-EM came to us needing a new website as the old site was starting to show its age. The old site also wasn’t responsive and was also unsecure which negatively impacted the site's search engine rankings as well as being hard for users to access on their mobiles and tablets.

New Website For Ecs Special Projects

We have just launched a new website for ECS Special Projects. This is another website of ours that we originally built many years ago. The old site stood the test of time and still performed very well in Google searches, but the time had come for the look and feel to be updated in line with more contemporary design approaches.

New Website For Volunteer Centre Dorset

We have just launched a new website for Volunteer Centre Dorset. We designed and built their original site but over the years more and more content had been added to the site as well as additional functionality. This made the old site, over time, more cluttered and harder to navigate because of the vast amount of information on there.

New Website For Dorchester Community Plays Association - Spinning The Moon

Dorchester Community Plays Association commissioned us to create a brand new website to support their 7th Community play, "Spinning The Moon", which will be performed in 2020.
