This past week we have been really pleased to set up CXRM for another client. This powerful, flexible and highly practical business management software has been powering our business for several years now. It allows us to manage our customer sales, project workflow, renewals and service deadlines, all in one place. It allows our team to share information from anywhere that they are working, as the software is cloud-based. Our new client installation has initially been set up as a pure CXRM system to allow them to track sales opportunities, leads, and orders.
The initials CXRM refer to customer experience (CX) and customer relationship management (CRM), blended together in a software solution that helps to deliver superb customer service, sales and support. The software integrates corporate information, details about people, and information about all types of project. But beyond being a simple data repository, CXRM also incorporates active business tools to improve workflow and efficiency. For instance, we use it to remind us of key deadlines for service, renewals, domain registration and hosting services. We also use it to show project statuses, development milestones, and project team information.
CXRM takes customer relationship management into a whole new dimension, combining it with really practical business admin tools in such a common sense manner, that it is hard to imagine running a business without it.
