Long standing friend and client of Alacrify, John Wright recently required an update to his www.wild-food.net website to allow for easier processing of bookings for his various foraging courses that take place each year.
Having to manually confirm each booking, arrange and accept payment and supply terms and conditions to each course was taking longer than was needed.
We reviewed the current process with John and were able to integrate a straightforward e-commerce system which improved the process people took to place a booking whilst making it easier for John to manage the bookings for each course.
