Complaints & Appeals Procedures

Whilst we would like to think we get it right all the time, every time, the truth of it is everyone gets it wrong occasionally. We can only improve on our services with valid feedback from you, our customers. If you wish to make a complaint about a service you have received, please submit an email to us at complaints@alacrify.co.uk including as much detail from the issue you have.

If you’re not happy with the initial outcome of your complaint, you can escalate your complaint to a manager by emailing jon@alacrify.co.uk

Please contact us via complaints@alacrify.co.uk for any queries regarding spam or abusive e-mails through your website.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 1 business day and aim to resolve any issues within 5 business days. 

For complaints specific to our handling of domain names & registration, you are also able to make a formal complaint about a registrar to Nominet (the .uk registry) here: http://www.nominet.org.uk/disputes/complaining-about-registrar/complaints-procedure

Christmas 2017 Office Shutdown

This year we will be closing the office from on the 22nd December 2017 and re-opening for business at on the 2nd January 2018.
