Jon Sloper

Business Background

Following a number of years working as a fine artist and graphic designer, Jon's website design experience began in 1996 and has grown to include designing and building hundreds of websites since then. (2011 alone saw Alacrify launch over 50 websites!). Alacrify was incorporated in 2005.

Jon has built up Alacrify's portfolio of clients and services to include an extraordinary spectrum of businesses; from sole traders to multinationals, and from every sector of the economy. He has personally developed many online business solutions for clients; including membership administration systems, learning and training systems, custom e-commerce solutions, content management solutions, customer relationships management systems, event management systems and many more. 

Managing Alacrify, Jon leads the growth of the business through developing great relationships with his clients. He is also a perpetual innovator and always on the look out for new ways to build value for and improve services to Alacrify's clients.

Jon is a passionate believer in proving by example and has built up a number of other business partnerships that reflect his passion for innovation and development on the web.

Jon, Stefan and Peter Barfoot co-founded Sector Publishing Intelligence Ltd to develop a business that provides a series of market-specific news websites that allow visitors to carry out in depth research into news and business topics through a single, simple to use portal. SPI also provides market intelligence through selling market reports and corporate reports.

Jon and Adam have co-founded Frampton Retail Ltd to actively demonstrate their capabilities through trading online on their own account and to act as a ‘laboratory’ for keeping ahead of the fast-changing world digital marketing – believed to be unique for an online marketing agency. One of their current online retail sites is focussed on selling products to deal with clothes moths and moth prevention.
