By the end of the workshop participants will be able to :-
• Agree the fundamental actions in setting up a project
• Describe the tools to use to analyse and specify project parameters
• Establish SMART project objectives
• Set out a project plan
• Identify and manage sub tasks and contingencies
• Explain the dynamics of teams and different roles people take
• Explain an approach to managing risk
• Describe methods to manage the project effectively
