To do these things effectively it is essential to understand the structures, techniques and approaches available to you as they seek to positively influence an outcome. Sales and other people need to be effective at negotiating whether that be with providers, colleagues or if they negotiate with professional buyers.

This workshop is aimed at people who have to negotiate as part of their job or for a particular situation whether in sales or in other business circumstances.
