Background :: Bill is a potter at heart, he was part of the fourth generation to run a family building business in Weymouth, with a name mentioned in many humourous despatches, on ceasing that business he became more involved with arts administration, notably with the organisation of the Dorset Art Weeks in 1998, 2000 and again in 2004. He has since worked as a consultant for the Arts Council SW within the Artist Lead Initiative Advisory Scheme (ALIAS), working with artists groups in the South West of England :: Bill has helped to set up and manage the SW Open Studios Forum.
